It’s Wednesday, so that means it’s time to see what’s going on in this great big colorful world of ours. Yes, the Amazon is burning and the Cheeto in the White House has lost his mind, but there are also stories showcasing diversity in action that might give you hope. Here’s what I’ve got for this week’s Diverse News Digest.

Aaron Burr, third Vice President of the US, had Secret Family of Color: Turns out, Aaron Burr, the man made famous for killing Alexander Hamilton in a duel, actually had a secret family on the side. His “other woman” was Indian and together they had two children, a daughter and a son. His son, turns out, became a famous abolitionist in the United. Just goes to show you that our history is full of interracial romance.

  1. It’s in fact very complicated in this full of activity life to listen news
    on TV, so I only use web for that purpose, and take the most recent information.
